This is the first time in years where I've cleared time in my schedule to work directly with manuscripts, but that's exactly what you'll get when you book a partial manuscript evaluation: my undivided and meticulous attention to your characters.
You'll pick a 20,000 word section of your manuscript to submit for an Enneagram-based character evaluation. (I recommend the first 20k, but you can choose). Over the next month, I'll dig into your driving characters, themes, dialogue, and dynamics to see where you're hitting the target and where you may be missing golden opportunities.
Your manuscript does not need to be clean and professionally edited before submission, but the more readable it is, and the farther along in the revisions process you are, the more granular I can get with my feedback.
The manuscript evaluation includes:
-A questionnaire for you to fill out about your basic goals with the book
-In-line comments on the submission with suggestions on where to tweak and where you're killing it
-A full-page (or more, depending) write up on general thoughts and guidance to make your characters (and their relationships) truly iconic
